Near Downtown Colorado, Old Colorado City Manitou Springs is 1-2 Apartments are well maintained with pool access and work out club houses Located in the Pikes Peak region the Retreat has one of the best areas the City has to offer

I do work on this property and Sydney is very attentive and understanding. She goes above and beyond to make sure repairs are made and her tenants are taken care of. She's fantastic at communicating what needs to be done. Thanks Sydney! Hip hip!

The staff at the Retreat are awesome, Kat, Sydney and Tony are always very helpful and the reviews on this page are outrageous. There has never been a time that I have needed help and they always go out of their way to help in anyway that they can. I often go to the office to get coffee and sit and talk with them because I enjoy their company…great job guys

My son is in the military and will soon be stationed in the springs. I toured this community for him and was so impressed! The location is breathtaking, the office team was warm and welcoming. They asked me so many questions about what he would need and took time to get to know our family. This is the top contender as his move in time gets closer!

I was just in the office while Sydney was completely berated by a very rude and unkind person about a heat issue, and I must say I am very impressed by the way she conducted herself. I knew he would come on here to leave a bad review just by how he spoke to her, so I’ll leave one too! Be kind people. It’s not that hard.

I recently had issues with my water heater and central heat. I submitted a maintenance request. Greg and the RACM staff did a great job addressing the issues. They communicated with me every step of the way. They were able to get water heater working same day and made sure I had a space heater to keep my place warm and even let me know that I could reach out anytime if I needed another. The next day Greg and a HVAC specialist came to make sure everything was working even though the problem was not a quick fix. Thanks again to Greg and the entire Staff at The Retreat at Cheyenne Mountain!
