Even after a major storm and, I imagine, having to clean up, maintenance still came just a day and a half after I put in the request. The repair for my AC needed to be done by another contractor, who was there the very next day. They called with updates as promised. Super good guys. Thanks all!

I've lived here for a couple months and have had no issues. The ladies up front were very helpful finding a apartment that best suited me and any issues I've had since being here. Everything was pretty new and all the neighbors have been lovely. Would definitely at least come down to talk to the ladies to get yourself a apartment that suits you. Plus stacy is a babe

The staff is really amazing! The apartment is extravagant!!! Amazing views, valet trash service, and outstanding floor plans!! This is the best place to live!!!

I have lived here for years and never felt like leaving a review until today. I was in the clubhouse, using the WiFi and drinking coffee. While there, a resident came in very upset over something the property had no control over. The resident yelled and cursed non stop. The staff was amazing! Everyone remained calm and tried everything they could to help the situation. I felt horrible seeing how these girls were being treated! I have lived here 5 years and the new staff is the sweetest and things are actually get taken care of now! The new manager and maintenance supervisor is the best we’ve had since I’ve lived here. After what happened I want you guys to know you are doing great! I appreciate you all and LOVE my apartment. Highly recommend***

I just moved in and I love my apartment. My neighbors are super friendly and the view is fantastic from all my windows. Friendly staff and maintenance took the time to introduce themselves and welcome me while I was outside. Ignore the negative reviews. I believe most of the negativity is from people who did not read the lease or from people who are never happy. Its apartment living so stuff happens. I got a packet on how everything is billed when I moved in so there is no suprises. The neighborhood is beautiful!

I’ve lived here awhile and love it! New management is amazing. They are responsive and caring. The new manager does a great job! My apartment is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. I could not ask for a better place to live.

I lived at The Retreat at Cheyenne Mountain two times and was very happy to live there! The apartments have nice layouts, the inside and outside is nice and clean, the clubhouse has a nice workout area and pool and it's close to hiking and the interstate...and the staff is very nice and receptive...highly recommend living here!

The maintenance staff is very friendly as well as the office staff, in particular Kera! Beautiful location and we are very happy here.
