APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Colorado Springs

My fiance and I lived here for 8 months. The neighborhood was amazing and quiet. There were lots of good walking spots nearby, as well as good shopping. Any maintenance issue we had was solved either same day or within 24 hrs. Also had very nice new flooring. Rent is also super easy to pay online. Only issue were the vinyl-ish cupboards, which they are going to be upgrading soon, which is good. We also received all of our deposit back minus a stain which was nice! Gelisa and Kera were both amazing and helpful! Thanks for a good 8 months!

I’m writing to express how much I love this facility and their employees. The apartments are beautiful and mine in particular has an amazing view of the mountains. Across the street from trails and only a shot drive to the dog park and down town. Most important is the profession/personal care given by their employees. The manager, Stacy, is extremely responsive and one of the ladies, Kera, has made my family feel like our concerns are important each and every time! I recommend this apartment to everyone.

Lived here for 3 years. Great location, excellent views, attached garage, and good floor plans with balconies or patios. Lots of grass areas for kids and dogs to play (except no one picks up after their dog, surprise, surprise). Close distance to the Broadmoor, the zoo, Seven falls, Cheyenne Canyon, Colorado Mountain Brewery, Smiling Toad Brewery, Bristol Brewing, Axe and Oak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and many more. Great mountain biking and hiking just across the street in Cheyenne Canyon. Cheap flooring, fixtures, appliances, etc. but I guess that is to be expected, atleast maintenance is usually out there pretty quick to fix it. It used to be gated, then they changed that and my car was broken into, I think they have roaming security now, I used to occasionally see them parked and sleeping in various areas around the complex. Overall, nice place, I’d pick it again. Cheers!

Beautiful location, friendly leasing office people, quick response times for service requests. Only reason it's not a five-star is because I think it would be good business ethics to send out a notice BEFORE the time has passed where you have to give notice to vacate, not weeks afterwards. But still, 4 stars and two thumbs up.

Pros Fantastic location - this is really the reason to live here. Close to downtown but you can literally walk into Cheyenne canyon. Nice staff Nice neighbors Short term leases Overall I am pleased here. Would recommend to a friend with the following disclaimers.. Cons Too expensive for the acceptable but not excellent build quality of dwelling. The birds and their nests/$hit are slightly offputting

Have never really had any issues ,quiet and safe and clean.

Just moved into this apartment complex a couple weeks ago. Have been very happy with both the apartment and the support staff. Kera, specifically, has been an immense amount of help. She has helped with everything from reserving parking locations we wanted to ensuring that we are 100% satisfied with our experience here at the retreat at Cheyenne Mountain. We had made an early request for an amazing view. Attached you will see what Kera found for us
